Re: 87' LS Swap fuel system
Look at this thread (its long, but VERY informative). I believe he did the dual tank set up on this one.

Re: 87' LS Swap fuel system
Ok let's see if I have this right:
Replace my 87 stock fuel pumps in the tank with the AC Delco pumps using same connectors and plugs for wiring, then moving out of the tank replace all lines not metal, then replace the tank selector to a higher capacity so I don't blow that, then use existing metal lines that already go into the engine bay and go into the corvette regulator (mine isnreturnless) and plug the return line and go from the regulator to my fuel rails. Sounds simple...can it be that easy since I'm already set up for FI or do I need to change all my lines and fittings since it's higher pressure?

Re: 87' LS Swap fuel system
You have it correct. You still need the return line as it comes out of the vette filter/regulator to go back to the tank. The steel lines in your '87 are more that capable for the 58 psi that the LS engine uses.
It really is that simple...
