speedo gears

I am trying to correct the speedo in my 71 c 10 350/auto. Speedo reads slow about 10 mph @45 mph. Should I use a gear with more or less teeth and how many? Any wisdom here?

I'm going to guess you need a gear with two less teeth. This might be what you need.
