Now a day later, I'm back to square 1. Not sure why but now the clutch isn't fully disengaging again. What is that telling me? Lengthen the rod, new linkage , or is my clutch shot?

Re: Clutch linkage adjustments

Moving the rod to the inside on the fork and getting some improvement should have told you you need a longer link rod.
Do the easy things first. Put on a longer rod. Adjust the clutch so the tob is about 1/4 inch from the clutch fingers.

Made it even easier. Added a 1/2" nylon spacer between the rod stop and the the knuckle that goes into the fork. Worked like a charm.

Also got the rod in case I need it in the future. For anyone interested in the future, 3/8" is perfect size. Anything bigger won't accept the knuckle.

Thanks for the help guys
