65 heater core tube support
Can someone post a closeup picture of the tube support bracket mounts? I have one and had to pull up on my tubes and still cant get it under them. My core is an aftermarket so Im sure that had something to do with it. Thanks

Re: 65 heater core tube support
If I remember right when I replaced my heater core, it had to be persuaded some.

Re: 65 heater core tube support
Thanks for the pics. I think I just have to "persuade" the tubes a little myself.

Re: 65 heater core tube support
The problem is the aftermarket core. I had the same issue with the tubes not lining up and I ended up just getting my original one re-cored at a radiator shop.
