1954 Under Bed Side Tank
Is there a factory style fuel tank that will fit on the inside of the frame under the bed? I would like to run a factory sending unit if possible. Any help would be great.

Re: 1954 Under Bed Side Tank
Very doubtful that youll find anything off the shelf thatll work...just not much room in that area...the best thing to do would be put a tank between the frame rails behind the rear axle..there are several that have been used ..blazer, mustang, aftermarket, such as boyds welding and others..

Re: 1954 Under Bed Side Tank
I used a 1957 Chevy fuel tank between the frame rails located behind the rear axel. I've not seen, not to imply someone doesn't manufacture something, side tanks. Ricks Tanks (http://rickstanks.com) might be able to fab something up for you.
