OH WTB: Drivers Side Rear Drum Parking Brake Lever

Rebuilding the truck and I accidentally threw out my old drum hardware thinking I could order everything new. Turns out the rear drum parking brake levers are not so easy to get. I found the passenger (right side) is still stocked by GM (Part Number 15594177).

I need the Driver Side - Part Number 15594178. It is no longer available from GM, or anywhere else. For clarification, this is the lever that is attached to the parking brake cable in the drum. Picture below.


In case it matters, it is a 1971 Chevy 1/2 ton C-10, 2 wheel drive with 12 bolt axle and 11 inch brake shoes.

If you have one from a disc conversion or just a part out, please let me know cost and shipping to 45431.

Are you also missing the parking brake strut that connects the lever to the other shoe? Those are not available either

I tossed the strut bars as well but I think I found them after market (dorman part number 21149) and Amazon had them so I ordered them. Have not got them yet but I don't have the original to compare to anyway.

Do you have the struts and brake lever?

I do and I will post baCK in a few, I hate to take apart a backing plate for one part, I will see what I might have loose

I have mucho of both sides, $26.50 shipped, I don't sell any parts for less than $20 since it takes time to remove the part package it and make a shipping label and drop off at ups etc. if you need the strut bars I will do $10 each on those with the lever.

Payment sent....the PayPal mobile app didnt give me a chance to enter a note before it went, so their is no tag for the parts...sorry. Shipping address in PayPal is correct.

There is no shipping address in paypal.
Also the picture you posted is the drivers side and you have the parking brake lever in the picture so are you sure you need the drivers side? Its all boxed up so making sure.

Your welcome and I just put the other lever in the box so inside the box is levers struts and strut spring for both sides, I wanted to make sure you have what you need to complete the job.
