Rivets on Window Regulator

Hello,

I have new rollers for my window regulator but not sure how to properly flange the rivets. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Tool?

Thank you.

Re: Rivets on Window Regulator

A punch with corresponding diameter tip for the roller rivet, a bench vice and a ballpeen hammer is all you really need. I have heard of some guys using a tube/ brake line flaring kit that you can rent at a good auto parts store too but ive never seen it done. Check out this vid: https://youtu.be/xF1rok1yN9s
