I have been keeping my eye on one in Gresham, OR that is primer gray but I doubt it was the one....I did not see any writing on the side and don't think it has moved in years. This would be an easy one to spot and remember. I will keep an eye out...but then always do for these trucks. There was a primer gray '67-'68 panel for sale is Gresham recently but I don't remember where I saw it listed...I was thinking it was the one I was waiting for but I just don't get down there enough to check on it.

I agree, you don't see too many of those around, so their easy to remeber. I haven't seen any such vehicle up further north here though.

67 - 72 Panel???
This may be a bit off the regular purpose of the boards and I apologize if I'm misusing it. I've read the board for a while, and ask questions as they come up for my Blazer or K-10. This time, it is work related. From what I've seen on the board so far, I figure there are no better experts on the subject then what we have here.

I work for a local law enforcement agency and we have been looking for a vehicle seen in the area of a serious crime. Over a year ago, a grey (primered?) 67 - 72 panel suburban was seen leaving the area of a homicide near Tacoma. Writing on the door of the truck said something about "Landscaping". This is all we have, and showing the witness truck photos is how we got onto the 67 - 72 chevys.

Does anybody on the board know the whereabouts of this truck? It may have changed hands several times since then, and it may not be involved in the crime at all. We 'd like to talk to the people that had the truck at that time. If you have any info on it, current or past, let me know. Thanks - I'll let everyone know if the outcome is successful!

Mark
