New battery cables.
Do you buy wire and make your own or is there a supplier for new battery cables to fit our trucks?

Re: New battery cables.
Your 1972 was originally equipped with a side terminal battery. If you want original, you'll also need a side terminal battery based on your pictures in your other thread. Here's the link to Roger's side terminal battery cables.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=625477 The top terminal spring ring cables he sells are correct for the GM cars of this era but ARE NOT correct for 67-70 trucks so I won't post a link. Lectric Limited claims to have correct cables for the top post batteries, but they are also spring ring. I sent Lectric Limited an email a couple months ago advising them of this. I don't know if they've addressed it. The cables they sell for the early Corvettes do have the correct terminal ends. Re: New battery cables.
Not annoying at all. I've had them on many cars and trucks. In my opinion, they are less prone to corrosion.
