Hi guys, is a 250 and 292 engines, share the same cylinder head

230/250/292 are the same , or interchangeable

But be aware that 1975-up straight-6 heads were the integrated design, with the intake being part of the head casting.

Late 194,s 230,s,250,s ,292 are all same non intregal,s. Early 194,s had small combustion chambers

The 292 heads had some HD features. Hardened seats, sodium filled exhaust valves, & valve rotators. If you are going to use a 292 for HD performance you might want to use an original 292 head.
