Installing lokar shift linkage

Is this going to be a pain in the butt. i got it acouple weeks ago and haven't had a chance to install it. was just wondering how long it's going to take. Thanks

i got it from kougle komponents in cali. it was like 50 bucks. and it was cake to install. about 15 minutes and it was done. no more clearance problems.
