Exhaust Y-Pipe

Anyone know if the Walker 40571 Y-Pipe will fit my 1983 K10 with a 1990 350 TBI engine?

I'm going to do the left exit behind rear wheel, after cat and muffler.

Not sure of the number but I bought a Walker Y pipe to fit a 1990 Suburban (square body) and used 1990 Suburban exhaust manifolds on my 1986. This gave me a 3 inch pipe and manifolds that exit the heads and go below the spark plugs instead of going up and along the valve cover. I can now run plug wires over the valve covers and the hot manifolds don't cook the valve cover gaskets. Used 3 inch cat, muffler and tail pipe to complete the system. Hope this helps.
