Inside
Everything seems to take longer than I want it to. Here is a picture of the inside. It isn't strictly factory, but I like it anyway.
I am not pleased with the color difference of the arm rest to the door panel. I got the expensive, complete door panel with the vinyl cover. I expected it to match the new armrest better in color. Guess I'll just slick up the door panel with vinyl dressing and hope it's close enough. |

Re: Inside
Looks good! I like your center console setup. I raised mine also. I love having an arm rest.

Re: Inside
I think your interior looks fantastic, very clean. Well done! I wouldn't have noticed the difference on the arm rest color if you hadn't mentioned it. I too love the console, I envy your cup holders.

Re: Inside
Interior is very time consuming, Yours looks great, I also would not have noticed any color variation if not mentioned.

Re: Inside
looks great. I had an ochre and white (saddle interior with buckets) gmc a few years ago. Any chance of an outside picture?

Re: Inside
Don't worry about the slight contrast you mention. Your interior looks well thought out and very clean. I wouldn't change a thing if it was my truck. Get in, drive it, and enjoy it.

Re: Inside
I have that pic as my screen saver. Hope you don't mind. Where did you get the front spoiler?

Anyway, it went on easily and lines up pretty well. Sticks out a little further in front than if it were designed for these trucks, but my bumper is tight and it tucks behind it so no problem on my truck anyway. If you need a picture, let me know. Truck is up on storage lift, so I can shoot a pix from underneath if you need to see it. Bolts to the fenders and the frame. Made a couple of flat metal pieces to spread the load from the central mounting point, but it works pretty good. I like it! Glad you do too!!! Last edited by darrellyates; 04-13-2018 at 01:19 PM. Re: Inside
Some additional pics would be great. I hate seeing the front suspension from a front view of our trucks. Looks like the spoiler would cover a little better. Thanks

Re: Inside
FRCvette: From head on; I think it looks pretty low. I've not encountered any clearance issues as of yet. Got bounced pretty good heading north on VVB (Vietnam Veterans Blvd) at Big Station Camp Road yesterday... Hadn't installed the seat belts yet and it bounced pretty big... My fat rear left the seat anyway... and the spoiler and truck didn't bottom, so I think I'm good. Big speed bumps may be an issue, but there is actually several inches of clearance so I think I'm OK.
