Anyone running only tubular uppers? Bagging a '66
Curious if this will help the camber problem or create other new problems if i used stock lowers off of a 73-87 and only upgrade to tubular uppers?
Will be running airbags. Thanks in advance! |

The tubular uppers are the same geometry so not much of a change from stock.

So are you saying you get most of the geometry change from tubular lowers?

I just changed my uppers to tubular when I lowered my C10. I wasnt able to get the alignment how I wanted it until I did change them and helped get my caster where I wanted it. Idk about lowers, everyone just told me to change my uppers. It was a 1965 chevy c10

So how do you like the setup running the stock lowers and aftermarket tubular uppers? Are you bags?

No Im static. My truck drives really well though for being as low as it is. It for sure helped with my alignment also.

So you only did the uppers?
I have a 68 that is lowered 3.5 in the front between drop spindle and spring height. It drives fine, but the 15" wheels did hit the lower stock arm and carved up my wheel weight. :/ |
