Removing Evaporator Core
According the the shop service manual, the complete Evap Core Case has to be removed when replacing the evap core.
Now, I'm thinking that includes the lowering of the pass inner fender to get to the unseen bolts. My question is, has anyone just removed the one side section of that housing to gain access to the evap core?

Re: Removing Evaporator Core
Just remove the cover on the side facing the engine and the lines if you want to take it all the way out.
Just be careful with the bolts(nuts actually)that come thru the firewall as they usually want to spin in the plastic on the passenger side, ruining the plastic . Mike. |

Re: Removing Evaporator Core
I have been looking, is there anywhere to buy a new evaporator case?
I haven't seen one for sale at the usual places. (LMC etc...)
