A what if question
Lets say you have a stripped LS engine, meaning a long block with no wiring harness or anything. Looking at these instructions, http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/...8_in_bleed.pdf would a stock harness of any type be needed? I looked, but I'm not sure. It seems to plug into all the sensors on the engine.

Re: A what if question
Looking at the wiring on page 10, all the common connections are accounted for.

Re: A what if question
I am not sure. I've thought about putting an LS in my truck, but then I could also do a 383 and reuse some of the parts I have already purchased, like the heads, roller cam, and new torque convertor. I think $ wise, I'd be farther ahead with just doing a shortblock swap.
