Door Hinge RUST

how do you fix upper door where hinge is mounted. hinge is bolted on tight but ripping inside of door shell out.

Welcome to the board lamar.
You describe a common problem in my part of the US...but i wouldn't expect it in your neck of the woods.
You could either cut out the cancer, and repair it, or get a new door. Even if you were to get a new door, it may be a good idea to re-enforce the area, they are prone to ripping there.

I have the same problem but instead of rust it is all stress cracked around the hinge on the door, gotta fix that one day or else the door might fall off

I had the same problem with the passenger door when I first got my truck. You should be happy the problem is on the door and not surrounding the hinge mount on the post. In my case someone welded the hinge to the door and it was cracking outside the weld. The door was sagging and you had to lift it an inch to close it properly. I bought better door.

This is generally caused by the hinge..........well not exactly the hinge, more like the lack of lubrication on the hinge. It comes from the wind-check sticking. The hinge wants to stay open and someone forces it shut, all of the pressure is on a very small area of the door shell. There is nothing wrong with reinforcing the area......but it's not reaaly that the door is weak. Maintainence of the hinges (pins bushings and wind-check) is the key.
