1980 K/30 with 9,434 miles

I just bought this 1980 K/30 with 9,434 original miles. Totally original, Even all 5 tires. 100% original paint. Loaded up with cool options, except it’s a radio delete. This thing is amazing! I can’t believe I was able to get it. Perfect addition to my collection.

Wow. You have some really awesome trucks! What’s the story on the low miles? When I see one like this I always wonder how it could survive so long without being driven.

Re: 1980 K/30 with 9,434 miles

It's beautiful!!

One thing I had to giggle about though, is the color combos they used back in the day. Charcoal with blue interior? Much like the Red with burgundy interiors.

It is awesome though!! I can't quit staring at the photos.

WOW! Not many out there 38 years old with less than 10,000 miles. Odd interior/exterior color combo.

Very nice find

Nice one Joe! Congrats. Agree, I like that color combo - quite uncommon I’d imagine. Blue probably my favorite interior color also, especially in the square years. The only downside I can see is that you can never drive it more than 566 miles or it will roll over into 5 digits on the odometer.

I agree 100%. That blue interior is the perfect complement for the all business gray exterior. It would be very interesting to know what the thought process will was for the person checking off the option sheet. With the sport mirrors, it's like a very well optioned, super capable cruiser. But no radio! So cool though.

I enjoyed seeing it - thanks for sharing. Would you mind showing us any little things like that hub label that you change to bring it up to the level that you want? It would be fun to see.

Beautiful find, one ? thought. I thought they didn't put the emissions stickers on the air cleaner until the late 80s. Anyone know if that's original?
