Mystery parts

I am going through my collection of parts as I start mounting the engine accessories to my truck. Can anyone ID the brackets and power steering pump and bracket?

Re: Mystery parts

Obviously you have a power steering pump and some brackets of some type.

Re: Mystery parts

NOT for an L6. Not even a 292.

Re: Mystery parts

The bracket on the far right in the top picture looks like one that bolts to the head for hooking a chain to pull the motor.

Thats a good idea, it does seem like it might be for something like that.

Re: Mystery parts

Success, the lower left bracket is a dead ringer for an Olds power steering bracket on the bay. I dont know where I ever picked up that at...

As far as the power steering pump and the aluminum bracket, I looked at all the chevy ones on the bay, and pontiac and oldsmobile. No luck so far.

Re: Mystery parts

If there is a part number stamped on it. Try googling the number!
