Frame a bit bent - should I worry?

Appears to be in the upper flange area on both sides just as it rises up to the front crossmember area. Not sure what happened in the past but just wondering what others experience is... should I be worried?
I heated and banged the worst spot down tonight, the rest of it just seems a bit wavy.

That looks to be the area where the bellhousing crossmember used to be. That top flange could have gotten bent in the removal of that crossmember. I would straighten the flanges best you can and then check the frame for squareness and straightness best you can.

A big adjustable wrench and a cheater bar will straighten that out easily.

You, sir, have the longest cheater bar I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen a lot and cheated a lot. I bow to your majesty. LOL

Re: Frame a bit bent - should I worry?

My philosophy:

1) It's messed.

2) If I can fix it, it will be less messed = win.

3) If I can't fix it, well it was messed anyway = no loss.

These weren't that perfect from the factory. You can get it pretty close and it will work fine.
