What are these line for?
What are all these extra lines for. One of them follows the frame rail with the main fuel line and ends up at about the same place in the front. Its a 72 K5. I'm guessing a extra fuel tank, hmmmmmmmmmmm. If it is, does anyone have a pic of what its supposed to look like?

It most likely goes to the charcoal canister evaporator thingy which is mounted beside the battery. Mine has a steel line that ends at the frame, then continues on with a rubber hose to the canister. It is a vent line.

one goes to the charcoal canister on your passenger sidefender, under the hood,
and the rest are vents that go to the tube beside your filler hose in the tub,and one gose to the motor so it will run... jamie

The 72's has some unique pollution control stuff like a double line going to your fuel pump - one feeds fuel to the pump and the other returns any leakage back to the fuel tank. There is also the third line that goes to the vacumn canister --to suck fumes. In many cases, these lines have been removed over the years due to rust out, rot out, or clogged lines. The factory manuals show these lines in detail so you minght want to invest in a few or trade your rear hatch for some------(:>)
