3 speed to automatic

Hello to everyone, I'm thinking of changing over my three speed to automatic in my 72 Chevy C10 shortbed 350. I know I'll be needing the auto trans, torque converter, flex plate and bell housing but I'm not sure what else. Will I have to change my driveshaft or will the one I have fit? I just remembered I'll be needing a trans. mount to. There are probably more parts I'm going to need so if anyone out there has done this I sure would appreciate any help. My thanks to all, George
