66 Seat bracket question
Just picked my 66 up from my GF's father, the truck has been sitting 25 years. Getting set to take the seat in to get worked on, and noticed this bracket right at the hinge that is bent and torn on both sides? What is this? The rear cushion stop perhaps? The seat belt was bolted to the floor and that looked like the factory location. Thanks!

Re: 66 Seat bracket question
The face of that bolt head should hit the hinge arm for the seat back, when in the driving position. Looks like the bracket is bent outward?

Re: 66 Seat bracket question
Thank you! Yes, if you look just above the bolt, you can see where the bracket is torn. I'll have to pound it back and weld it up.
