Cut Dash radio install

For those who have installed a single din radio in a cut dash, what installation kit did you use? I have the Aluminum surround from Mahanian.

Mines just sat in there. It's kinda loose but doesn't move around as it's a tight fit.

I made a red oak faceplate and mounted the radio though that to cover the hack job from the PO. I'll get a picture tonight and post.
