'71 Crew Cab for sale!!

Unfortunately it's not mine but it is in my neck of the woods. If anyone is seriously interested, I'd be happy to check it out. Personally, for the money I'd probably opt for a Duramax!

Kinda low on the description for a 35k truck. I think he is a little out of line, but with no detailed description of the "custom everything" it's hard to tell. If it's in primo shape, then 35k wouldn't be too far off. Would be cool to have. Then I could take my Lab and Newfie everywhere with me.

More info.

Mentioned this truck to a friend of mine today and he had met the guy not too long ago and looked over the truck (my friends in the parts business). Anyway, evidently the previous owner who had built the truck spent between $55K to $60K! There is no bolt that was left unturned. Under the hood is a 502. It is actually built from a 3 door suburban. Get this, he grafted a door handle where it would be if it was a true 4 door and rigged it to honk the horn when the button is pushed in! Evidently we are talking an extremely nice, very well done crew. Probably worth the money for a true collector with deep pockets.

Still a hell of a nice truck though. If the factory had it, I believe it would look just like that.

Hey,Finally one done right!I`ve wanted to do this for a while.Grafting the Suburban to a cab back is the only way to go.Then you use PU roof pans to keep it low and to get the back to look right. If he spent that kind of money,I don`t think you`ll find any dirt under his nails. It`s nice, but,it wouldn`t have 1/2t drivetrain and a 502 in it if I built it.That truck is screemin`DURAMAX!!!!If I`m gunna guzzle gas,I wunna go low`n fast.
