Help id pto gearbox

I have no idea the best place for this but since its on a 66 and attached to an sm420 of that vintage I’ll start here. This runs my Braden winch, has forward and reverse (powers the cable in and out) and works fine but is very leaky. I’d also like to come up with a better shifter setup than the current cobbling I have. I see no name at all on the tag just those two sets of numbers, the top I’m assuming is the serial number and the bottom (rsd7 4f) the model. Web search isn’t coming up with much other than a company called Hale makes an RSD series pto pump for fire trucks so that could be the manufacturer. Spicer and Chelsea seem to be the most common but I haven’t found one that looks like this.
