66 Door panel & seats
So, I’m usually over on the 73-87 side. By Best Friend has a 66 that has been in the family since it was bought new. She has been doing some work on the interior. She got her seats from TMI, but did the door panels herself with the same material. She is a rock star, when it comes to upholstery work! So I just had to show off her work. I also restore seats on the 73-87’s, so we have a lot in common.
So here is the one door panel that is completed. Also the seats from TMI. And then a few other projects she’s been working on. Here in a few weeks, I’ll be helping her get the seats installed, so more pics will be coming soon.

Re: 66 Door panel & seats
So I know people are probably going to ask, but she has said that she will probably make Door Panels for others. Just not at the moment. She has been really busy with her own truck, making quilts for Christmas and she just recently lost her Father.

Beautiful work! I’m glad she has an outlet to vent her grief over losing her father. Praying for her and her father, and excited for her continued success in tailoring her truck to her exact specifications!

Re: 66 Door panel & seats
Thank you for the kind words. Her Daddy was/is her best friend. I just saw her less than a week ago, and it’s still been very tough. I can’t imagine what it’s like, because my Dad holds a very place in my heart too. I’m not sure what I would do if I no longer have him.

Re: 66 Door panel & seats
She does nice work and I like the mix of materials she chose and how she put them together. I lost my dad about 6 years ago and it is still hard at times. As long as she has him in her heart the loss will ease with time.
