Tower mount bolts
Is there a special wrench ? What a pain in the a$$ It's on my 77 K20 I removed the right side by cutting a groove in the bolt and used a flat tip to hold while I wrenched it. There has to be an easier way.

Box-end wrench on the hex heads under the frame rail.

That's what I was thinking of. Looks like I will try that. Box end will not fit.

Wedging a flat blade screwdriver between the nut & frame may keep it from turning. Allow the nut to soak w/KROIL.
