Question Tilt Steering ??????

This is just for discussion on a 71 C 10 tilt wheel steering column.

I have been looking at my manual's the past few days and ran across this in my 71 Manual. This is a blow up of the parts list of a tilt column out of the manual.
There is no mention of the spring are the turn signal canceling cam in this parts list that I can see. Am I missing something?

Per these 2 topic's there should be both.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Tilt Steering ??????

My guess would be it is just part of a different sub-assembly in the book. Mine is out in the shop or I would thumb through it.

I'm gone for 2 weeks maybe more and didn't bring the manual's with me. I looked through it and this was the only drawing I saw. I took the pictures before I left.

I don't have my manual in the house either. Could the cancel cam be a part of the steering wheel group?

EDIT: This is from the Assembly Manual.

It's definitely there in that picture Doc!
I just wonder why it's not in the manual since all the other major parts are.
I just bought the Chevy/GMC assembly manual.

Re: Tilt Steering ??????

The springs on the TS switch? Available aftermarket but I don't think GM ever serviced them separately.
