Fuel Pump

What is a good fuel pump to use on a pretty much stock 53/54 235 in a 47 3600? I have the one that was on it, but it is pretty cruddy after 20 years of sitting!

Re: Fuel Pump

I would say try to find one that has screws to hold it together, rather than a pressed together style. that way you can take it apart for cleaning if required. some have filters in them as well. one of the problems I have seen is the inlet/outlet valves seem to stick open or closed and then the pump doesn't pump. usually because the engines don't get ran enough.
