Brakes over adjusting????

My rear brakes are adjusting too much, is there a way to control this?

Oh yah, they are 11X2" drums, all new components.

This problem has just started, I have 5 Miles on the truck since he rebuild.

I did play with the E-Brake cables (new) to install them on new trailing arms. might the brackets for the cables be different and the Ebrake is the culpret?

Comments.....
