Carb secondary springs

I installed the holley quick change spring kit on my Carb.
My carb had the black spring in it. I went to the short yellow and all in between and I can not tell the difference in any of them. Keep in mind I have a cheap rebuild stock 350 in a heavy 4x4 and only drive to work and back with minor offroading.

I think I will stick the plain std. spring in and forget about it?

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the help.
