Best place to find windshield?
I need a new windshield for my '70

The LMC catalog has them for about $100 new, as I recall. Not sure what shipping would be, though. I'd bet you could get a price near that... maybe a little higher... at a local glass shop.

id call some of your local glass places,i just got one install at my house,with new windshield,used my window rubber,and installed the deluxe trim for 158.00,i ll never do another winshild install myself again...

i work for a glass shop i definately would call and shop around for a windshield.. i would have them install it so if it breaks they are held liable for the glass..
the part your lookin for is a DW685GBN or GTN (shade or tint) price should be 125.00 to 155.00 depending on the shop.. most shops might price match also to get the job? good luck, most all shops should stock them not a obsolete part yet..

check the local glass shops, make sure you ask about the gasket also, some locals only have the standard gasket and you'd have to order the delux(if you have the chrome trim) from a vendor like LMC or brothers or any of the other vendors from here

I got my gasket from GM, it fit better than aftermarket one did.
