Brazilian Chevy pickup, crewcab
Found this in my pile of literature, can't see where it says what year, also can't read Spanish. Someone wrote "Received 1975" on cover but think its earlier. Note tail lights are like 60-66 US Fleetside, steering wheel is same as I had on my 60 Chevy Sedan (the upgraded one for US 60s pickups) Kind of looks like a preview of an early "LUV" pickup.

Saw something similar in a truck mag...possibly a couple years ago. It was a regular cab, maybe even '69 grille, but the bed was similar to what you show. It had the tail lights of the 67-72's, but no back up lights. The tailgate looked like a '60-66. I can't remember the bedside contours, tho. I remember thinking that it looked like an amalgamation of parts, even thought it might be Mexican. Never considered that it might have been Brazilian, but it is a real possibility that it was. Compared to these pix, the bed on the truck I saw has a definate family resemblance.
Interesting, for sure.

The thing I find interesting is the overall length of the "extra cab" model. It is shorter than the standard cab. It appears that they took out the cab corners and pulled the bedsides up to be the doorjambs. The rear seat section is inside the bed.

They look like a set of Inter. Harvesters modified! A quick stab at the language...I'm Mexican so it is a bit different.
Double Cab: pickup gives passage for 6 passengers and enough cargo. Luxury/Deluxe pickup: precious work doesn't have to be sacrificed for anyone. |

Looks like a cross between a 66 Chevy and a 67 Chevy to me.
I was wondering how long it would be before someone photoshopped/slammed one! Looks cool. Does it say what model year they are??
