Rear view mirror removel
Without using a hammer, how would I revove the rear view morror from the windsheild of my 72? I just want to adjust the placement of it.

i would try getting behind it with a flat razor and maybe squirt some wd 40 around edges. wd 40 gets rid of glue quite nice.

If they put it on with superglue [cyano-acrylates] you can get this stuff at the hobby store called D7 Debonder. It dissolves the superglue. But I have no idea what bonding agent the factory used.

Grab the button with a pair of pliers, heat button with ordinary cig lighter, will pop right off. Brian
