Shift lever removal
How difficult is it to remove the shift levers? The truck is a 70 and has the granny low 4 speed and a 4WD transfer case. Both need to come off.

Re: Shift lever removal
push down and turn the retainer on top of the shifter...it will pop right off and the entire stick will lift right out
for the TC you will need to get under it and remove the linkage and the bolt that holds it to the adapter
