Found weird thing
When cleaning up my outer heater box I found 2 spots on the mold where someone had left bolts in the mold. I have perfect replicas of threads and heads has any one else seen this?

I once had a heater box with the same exact thing. It was on a 68 Chevy short step ( ex- Navy truck). I ground it out and reglassed the box till it was smooth before I painted it.

I have never seen that before. Looks like someone had a liquid lunch at the factory!
