No "Accessory"

I lost my accessory option with the key. It worked a while ago and now when i turn the key back i get nothing. time for a new switch? i replaced the lock cylinder a while back but it worked after that. any ideas would be great! thanks

ignition switch, not the lock cylinder... the ignition switch is on the top of the column under the dash. as long as you get it aligned right... run is the off position and start is the run position and things get funky.

I know it wasn't the lock cylinder, but i replaced it because it was a little sloppy when i fixed the infamous tilt column on these trucks... i figured it was either the switch or an alignment issue, i just wanted to see if there was something i was overlooking... thanks!
