WTB door cut for patch
Looking to buy a passenger side door cut that’s rust free, to repair a C10 door I have that someone started to modify the front lower corner to fit a C60.
Thanks! Randy

I plan to make that piece out of new 18 gauge metal. If you can wait a little bit and would send me a piece of paper showing the size piece you need - or describe it with measurements - I could make you one when I make mine for $15 and shipping to you. You didn't indicate if you only needed the outer skin part or if you needed the inner part also??

Here are a few photos of what I am dealing with - probably should have gotten a different door, but hey what kind of a challenge would that have been!!

I'm always curious why people use 18 gauge when the original metal is more like 22 gauge. I get responses that are something like it's the industry standard, etc. but you can lay bits of metal next to each other and see 18 is far far thicker. Re: WTB door cut for patch
Look at the difference in numbers. 18 is almost is almost double the thickness of 22. As I mentioned, side by side, the difference is vast.
