Serpentine belt system
I have a 67 stepside project going on for the last 5 years. Haven't posted anything on the forums but read great info from you guys dayly. I'm to the point on my project that it's time to mount the upgrades like ac compressor and power steering pump. I ordered the 350 wraptor serpentine system from cvf racing. Anyone running this system? Would love to here some reviews.

Re: Serpentine belt system
I used this on my 383, it fit really good and I am very impressed with the quality. Maybe someone can rotate the pictures.

Re: Serpentine belt system
Update, system came in today. Took about 4 hours or so, called customer service a few times. Answered every time no automated system BS. Service people really know there systems and took there time with me. Been restoring this truck for about 5 years now and this is the best upgrade I've made so far. Upgraded to power steering went to the local Napa took the power steering pump with me no problem. Can't say enough about this system. If I can do this anyone can. Bone stock 1967 283.

Re: Serpentine belt system
Thanks, in the beginning I planed on using the "V" belt system and bought all the components ac compressor power steering pump and alternator. But could not mount the ac and alt. Using brackets that mount off of the headers. Found this system and love it!

Re: Serpentine belt system
What are you using for condenser for the ac and are you just using factory heat.

Re: Serpentine belt system
The system comes with the ac compress that is compatible with the vintage air system that I installed. The vintage air system came with the condenser that is mounted in front of the radiator. I'm not using factory heating. Using the vintage air system for heat.

Re: Serpentine belt system
Can you send me a list of what you purchased and from where. I have a no ac cab and Vintage air priced me at $5000 for ac system and the front runner system.

Quote:
I got a quote from VA at the GoodGuys show last weekend. It was their list prices, which are higher than what you'd pay at a reseller. Get your quote from one of their partners rather than directly from VA...it should be quite a bit less...maybe 1200-1500 for the VA kit and another 2000 for the front runner. Hth, -Kevin
