Sparc Industries
Is anyone else having issues getting product out of Sparc Industries.
Ordered the 3100 steering wheel in May with roughly a 2 week delivery at the time. Still haven't seen the wheel or any indication when it will be shipped. |

Re: Sparc Industries
I had never heard of them until I saw your post. I do see they actively post on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/SparcDesignLtd/
I'm thinking that you might should have ordered it though LS Fab rather than direct though. They are in Alberta and that takes care of the getting the item into Canada and as a dealer They have a lot more pull with outfits like that. There isn't a blooming thing wrong with contacting them and asking what's up with order number ______ and what is the time line for delivery.

Re: Sparc Industries
I fully support local but have been finding they don't have much pull these days either.
Knowing delays in products, i was patient and only started contacting them after 3 weeks. it was 7 weeks later when i finally got a response and a promise that it would be out in days. This post was a month after that and coincidentally, I received a shipping notification an hour later. |

Re: Sparc Industries
Owing to the months of Covid closures, there are supply shortages in virtually all sectors of industry. Half the stuff I click on now says "back-ordered" or "unavailable."

Re: Sparc Industries
I stuck a bug in their ear on FB but see that they deleted the post so they should have seen it.
Still there is no excuse for not sending you an update even if it is to say that they are having issues getting some of the material or pieces for it. I bought a little GPS speedometer from some vendor who direct shipped it from China the other day and even though it took close to a month I got regular updates on it from them. I got it for my flatbed that I can't seem to keep a speedometer cable in. If they can do it an outfit that is selling a 600+ dollar custom steering wheel surely can.
