High Output Blower Fan?
I've always found that the blower fan on my '76 doesn't produce enough volume for my liking. The A/C blows cold in the summer and the heater blows hot in the winter, but I can't help wishing it didn't produce just a bit (ok, I lied.....ALOT) more volume. Is there some sort of aftermarket high output fan available? Or, does anybody know any tricks to help this problem? Every 73-87 truck that I've owned oir driven has been the same way. Please don't tell me that it's something that I'm just going to have to "live with". :p

Have you looked at all the foam gasket around the duct's. It dries out and falls out over the years. Look at sealing you air ducts and it might make a big difference...

The fan does kinda suck. Re-sealing the ducts does help. You also might want to check if the upper mounts to the HVAC box aren't cracked. Mine are so it has a slight gap at the top where it looses some air. Supposidly the A/C fans blew more air but my A/C fan still sucks.
