Side window installation trouble..

Putting everything back together.. dropped in my glass, wing window and rear channel.. As you know there is no real adjustment on these so should be straight forward.. With the new front channel felt and new rear window binds so hard it will not move. Removed rear rubber/felt and it still slightly binds on the metal channel. If I remove both front and rear felt she is obviously sloppy but runs just fine..

Anyone have this issue? I am lost atm.

Here is a few pics, rear channel appears to be slightly out of wack in the back, the second pic is the actual clearance I have with no felts front/rear.

Any help appreciated.
