Front clip fit in a pickup bed?

Has anyone ever tried to move/haul a front clip in a pickup bed? I'm picking one up later this week and wondering if I need a trailer or not. It's a clip from a '70 and is still together inner/outer fenders, hood, and core. I have a Tundra will the full sized bed. I think the fenders are about 55" long, and my bed is about 65" wide on the outside of wheel wells.., I'm thinking it might go, hoping someone else might have first hand knowledge, lol. Thanks.

They fit just fine. I’ve moved/sold several square body clips this way.

Re: Front clip fit in a pickup bed?

Take some cardboard boxes and blankets.
(Cardboard boxes for cutting apart for padding)
Also any rope and tie straps you have .
You should be fine
