reseting carb..?

my friend said that i will have to reset my holley carb every 300KM's what does he mean by that?

Rebuild maybe? Either way, there's no "do this ever xxx miles" maintenance on any carb that I'm aware of. Slap it on and keep runnin' it until it doesn't work like you want it to anymore. That could take 1 mile or 1,000,000 to happen.
