Brake plate from a member
Getting ready to put a firewall mounted disc brake set up on the 1950.
I got this plate from joedoh. I am not sure if he is a rocket surgeon or a brain scientist but this plate he makes is kick ass easy. Bend and tack then bend and tack. I am not sure I did it as designed but it turned out perfectly workable. Nice piece. Scott |

That's a firewall saver. Back in the 70's when the hot lick was to stick the master cylinder on the fire wall of your hot rod I saw a number of cracked out firewalls because the guy who stuck the car together (can't call them builders) just drilled holes in the firewalls and hung the pedal and master cylinder.
