Altman Easy Latch Question?

Got Mine Installed Today on My 69 C10.

Had To Call Them And Get The Rebuild Kit Cus The Manufacturer Put In The Wrong Parts.

Question Is With The Door Closed Should The Outside Door Handle Push Button Be One Smooth Motion When Pushing It To Open The Door.

My Outside Handle Push Button Goes In About a 1/4 Inch Smooth Then I Gotta Give It a Bit More Force Till It Unlatches

Re: Altman Easy Latch Question?

In my experience when you have the situation your describing the door is to tight meang pressure on the latch mechanism. To test push in on the door and try the button if it works smoothly then adjust the sticker out
