Red face Drop Springs - '68 C10

Thought I would ask this question here.
Scenario - my '68 C10, trailing arm and coil rear suspension.
Had a 4/5 drop done recently - in the rear, a combination of 2" blocks and 3" CPP lowering springs. Been driven 150 miles or more so far, so I would assume any settling in is done. Work was done locally. The driver side from ground to top of the wheel arch has about one inch more height than the passenger side.
Not knowing much about springs personally, does the way they are installed have anything to do with this? Can rears be installed differently, or rotated to make the sides match? I know the fronts seat into pockets on the lower control arm. Posed this question a few places. I notice on the summit site the specs shows this spring lowers in a range, so wasn't sure if that meant they can be seated different ways. Thanks in advance, appreciate your patience with my lack of knowledge...

Is the front level? You might be experiencing what's commonly referred to as 'Chevy Lean'.

I can explain - bit my first question would be more focused on the front. See if it's lower on the drivers side.

Try swapping the springs left to right, while doing so make sure they're both clocked correctly in the plates. Check the frame and bed, these beds have taken unimaginable beatings over the years. Level the axle and start inspecting taking measurements of the cross sills and frame mounts...

Wanted to give an update on what we found. My driver front lowering spring was not seated properly in the top control arm, and simply rotating it into the pocket on the bottom and seating the top was the issue. Basically it was "high centered" on the stamped section at the top making up the 1" difference. We didn't initially see this, so when we got it on the lift again was able to determine this. Once corrected, the back is now also perfectly leveled. Seems just the one corner threw everything out of whack.

I'm curious, do you think it would have eventually slid into place, or was the adjustment completely necessary, ie, it would have had the lean until you did something about it.

It definitely wouldn't have went in on its own, so moving it into position was pretty easy separating the lower ball joint, and removing the swap bar clamp on that arm and the shock too... Its just perfect now on all corners and couldn't be happier. The drop is exactly how I wanted it..
