14 bolt chevy half ton
just bought a fourteen bolt rearend for my 98 4x4 for 700$ didnt think they made a fourteen bolt for a 1500 but my u joints are the same and it came off a 98 1500 any advice on this rearend

you got a good deal they used the 14 bolt in alot of 1/2 tons that came with the factory tow pkg.

they are pretty rare around here. I have only seen one, but they do exist. Good upgrade.

I had one in my old 88 K2500. It was a 14 bolt, 6 lug rear. I added a PowerTrax locker & 4.10's in it. Bullet proof rear. Held up to a 400hp 383 for over 4 years of beatin.
