Service Manuals

I own a 05 2500HD with 6.0 gas motor. and am looking to purchase a GM service manual.
I found one for a 2002. Was wondering how different the model years were.

Thanks in advance

Re: Service Manuals

2002 - 2005 is fairly extreme differences

I bought my 2005 manuals from Helm Inc for just under $400. They've gone way way way up.

BTW there are eleven volumes in the full set. Don't buy them if any are missing.

RTFM... GM Parts Books, GM Schematics, GM service manuals, and GM training materials...Please include at least the year and model in your threads. It'll be easier to answer your questions.
And please let us know if and how your repairs were successful.

Re: Service Manuals

I found a set near me for $150.00 for 02. I was wondering how much difference there is between the 02 and 05.

02 isn't going to cut it. You going to need the 05 manuals.
